Employment process Part 1:
- Job application
You can fill out the application on our website or download the printable forms.
We will contact you for a phone or in person interview if you meet our criteria.
- CORI Check
A criminal check will be done.
- Check references
We verify all professional references that you listed on your application form.
If you meet our requirements you will be offered a position with our agency, and it will be either full- time, part- time or per diem. We will also complete a pay rate agreement with the employer and your signature.
Employment process Part 2:
- You will need an up to date physical
- PPD check/ or documentation
- Proof that you are authorized to work in the United States
- Provide proof of immunizations
You will also need to provide a copy from the originals of the following:
- Drivers License
- Social Security Card
- Professional License
- CPR Card
- Car Insurance Card
